Conversion Assistance Services (CAS)

IBML’s Conversion Assistance Services (CAS) provides customized offerings designed specifically for BPO providers, end users, service bureaus and partners with unique document capture requirements. Our goal with CAS is to provide IBML technology to users regardless of their volumes or the scope of their jobs.

Occasionally, we meet with companies whose scanning volume does not justify a long-term investment in one of our traditional scanning platforms. For these customers, we can offer our technology through programs designed around their specific needs, and to complement a managed service or current operation.

Depending on the situation, we can help provide capacity for peak period challenges, add temporary scanning for short-term or unexpected volume, facilitate production ready systems with quick back-file turnaround, or work with a customer on a per image basis.

We also offer customizable disaster recovery or business continuance services as part of our comprehensive monthly maintenance and support plan for owners of our ImageTrac® systems, or for those companies who wish to have a Disaster Recovery Plan but have not yet moved to the ImageTrac Scanning Platform.



Flat Rate Rental

Flat Rate Rental is a month to month short term plan designed to give organizations the use of the ImageTrac Scanning Platform to meet quick turnaround requirements or to help with seasonal excess scanning volume.

The Flat Rate Rental plan is provided to give BPO Solutions Providers, Partners, Resellers and Service Bureaus maximum flexibility to meet the demands of their clients and to give more end users the quality, speed and in-line features available only from IBML

When to choose Flat Rate Rental?

  • Project is six months or less in duration
  • Monthly image volume is 300,000 or greater

Where can IBML support Rentals?

IBML supports Flat Rate Rentals anywhere in the continental U.S.

How does it Work?

  • Payment is a fixed flat rate based on configuration
  • Three month minimum rental period
  • Three month advance payment
  • Payments monthly in advance
  • One week on-site support and training
  • Shipping to the site paid by Client
  • Return shipping paid by IBML


Per Image Rental

Per Image Rental is a month to month per image plan designed for organizations who need the attributes of the ImageTrac Scanning Platform; and, require multiple levels of support from IBML.

IBML offers Per Image Rental to give BPO Solutions Providers, Partners, Resellers and Service Bureaus a flexible low entry plan that includes on-going training, support and technical assistance and to give more end users the quality, speed and in-line features available only from IBML

When to choose the Per Image Rental?

  • Capital funds are not available to purchase the ImageTrac Scanning Platform
  • Uncertainty regarding the duration of a scanning project
  • On-going technical and project support from IBML is required

How does it Work?

  • Payment is based on monthly image volume
  • Three month minimum rental period
  • Minimum monthly image volume of 500,000
  • Payments monthly in arrears
  • One week on-site support and training
  • Shipping to the site paid by Client
  • Return shipping paid by IBML

IBML Conversion Assistance Services offers cost-effective document imaging at our own secure facility. No matter what size documents you have, we have a solution! Our high-speed document scanners feed everything from 2"x2" to 11"x22". So from medical records to shipping documents and invoices, we have a solution for you! We even have equipment to digitize your wide-format drawings and maps.

  • Intermixed document scanning
  • Wide-format scanning (up to 42")
  • Full 24 bit color, 8 bit grayscale, and black and white image capture

Disaster Recovery

For clients who need an airtight emergency-imaging plan, CAS provides Account-Specific Recovery Procedures that address every aspect of your daily scanning process. As the manufacturer of the ImageTrac® Scanning Platform, we provide you with flexible choices, available only from IBML.

When to Choose the Disaster Recovery Service?

  • Redundancy is critical to daily operations
  • Significant revenue losses will be incurred if daily scanning is disrupted

Where can IBML support the Disaster Recovery Service?

IBML supports Disaster Recovery anywhere in the continental U.S.

How does it Work?

  • Payment is billed monthly in advance based on configuration
  • Payment and service can be included with ImageTrac Support Contracts
  • 180 Day Interim Scanning at IBML
  • Documents to be prepped by Client or IBML
  • Shipping expenses will be the responsibility of Client; IBML will make all necessary arrangements as needed
  • Turnaround time will reflect pre-negotiated Disaster Recovery Checklist (DRC) Terms & Conditions
  • Daily FTP of scanned images
  • Backend communications and networks are the Client’s responsibility
